The Annual Business Meeting of Members of the American College of Surgeons (ACS) will take place 4:15−5:15 pm Wednesday, Moscone Center North, 25.

Annual status reports will be presented by the Chair of the Board of Regents, Chair of the Board of Governors, the Executive Director, the Chair of the ACS Foundation Board of Directors, and the Chair of the Board of the ACS Professional Association Political Action Committee.

The Resident Award for Exemplary Teaching, the Jameson L. Chassin Award for Professionalism in General Surgery, and the Joan L. and Julius H. Jacobson II Promising Investigator Award will be presented. Reports from the Nominating Committee of the Board of Governors and the Nominating Committee of the Fellows also will be presented, and the President-Elect and Vice-Presidents-Elect will be introduced.
